In 1924, Thomas Rosser Driscoll started a small roofing and sheet metal business. Over the past 80 years T.R. Driscoll, Inc. has grown into a multiple-location roofing, sheet metal, and mechanical (HVAC) contracting firm.

The T.R. Driscoll, Inc. Lumberton office specializes in roofing, HVAC, and sheet metal. Operations are performed out of a 30,000 square foot facility.  Early in our sixth decade of service, T.R. Driscoll, Inc. opened an additional / another office near Asheville, North Carolina.  With two locations in North Carolina, T.R. Driscoll, Inc. is positioned to serve clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Roofing, HVAC, & Sheet Metal
T.R. Driscoll, Inc.’s roofing division is fully qualified / certified to install different types of roofing including built-up, single-ply, and metal roofing systems. Our HVAC division specializes in institutional and commercial heating and cooling systems. The sheet metal shop at T.R. Driscoll, Inc. can construct products made from many types of metal including black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet metal.
